A note on packaging: We aim to create packaging that is fully sustainable without the use of plastic. Our Amber Glass Jars are reusable and fully recyclable. The label is printed straight on to the bottle, so no need for a plastic sticker.

Refill bags are fully biodegradable, including the sticker. Printed with food grade ink. Simply top up your existing jar and dispose bag in your compost or garden bed. Make sure to remove the tin tie first.

Sip mindfully.  

Infuse in freshly boiled water for 5-20 minutes, or up to 12 hours

Delicious both hot or iced. Add a dash of raw honey, or sweetener of choice if desired.

Chamomile: Harmonising, calming, soothing.

A gently sedative herb, Chamomile treats insomnia and calms anxiety. A cure-it-all type of herb, it can also help soothe an upset stomach and ease digestion, as well as help with the treatment of eczema and other inflammatory skin conditions.

Ashwagandha: Restorative, rejuvenating, supportive, immune boosting, adaptogen.

One of the most popular and widely used herbs in Ayurvedic medicine. Ashwagandha is a potent adaptogen that can be both calming and energising depending on what the body is asking for. Traditionally used to increase energy levels, improve concentration and reduce stress. It promotes longevity and overall wellness. It may be especially helpful when experiencing adrenal fatigue as it nourishes and calms the adrenal glands. Ashwaganda can promote anxiety reduction and help with insomnia. It can help regulate sleep cycles and therefore assist getting deeper, more restful sleep.

Oatstraw: Nutritive, soothing, restorative.

A gentle nervine herb, oatstraw has been used for centuries to soothe the body and mind, and help ease insomnia. It may also reduce inflammation and improve mood and brain function. It is a highly nutritive herb, boosting impressive amounts of vitamins and minerals such as iron, magnesium and calcium. 

Lemon Balm: Calming, soothing, rejuvenating, healing, immune support. 

Incredibly soothing, lemon balm has been used as both a sleep aid and digestive tonic since the Middle Ages. It can help heal an inflamed, upset stomach. Lemon Balm can calm the nervous system, soothe anxiety and stress, improve mood, concentration and sleep. It is also a natural antibacterial herb, containing anti-inflammatory compounds and an abundance of antioxidants to help fight cell-damage.

Passionflower: Calming, soothing nervine (relaxing)

This incredible flower is our go to anytime we feel stressed out, wired or anxious. Calming to the nerves by actively increasing the neurotransmitter GABA in your brain, soothing anxiety, stress and fear. Improving your mood and producing a state of gentle, soothing bliss - we like to think of it as meditation in a cup. Passionflower can also calm muscular tension and contractions and improve deep sleep.

Tulsi: Adaptogenic, rejuvenating, restorative, nervine (relaxing), anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-depressant, immune support.

We're not trying to pick favourites here, but if we did, Tulsi might be the one. Also known as Holy Basil, "Queen  of Herbs", "The Elixir of Life" and described as "liquid yoga". Possessing a myriad of health benefits, Tulsi one of the most sacred and important medicinal herbs in Ayurvedic Medicine. 

A potent adaptogenic herb, Tulsi adapts to the individuals specific needs. It's excellent at creating internal balance, calming both the body and mind, reducing stress, anxiety and insomnia. It is a potent detoxifying that helps clear and reduce stagnant energies and accumulation of toxins in the body.
