Create a matcha latte by mixing 1 tsp with hot or cold plant milk. Alternatively mix with hot or cold water, or add to your smoothie or baking. Add raw honey or a natural sweetener of choice, if desired. 


Matcha Green Tea:

Matcha powder is made from finely grinding the whole tea leaf, which enhances both flavour and health benefits, since you are consuming the whole leaf. Matcha gives a slow releasing, yet powerful energy boost for both body and mind, resulting in elevated mood, concentration and stamina.

The natural caffeine content in Matcha is countered by nature's chill pill, a compound called L-Theanine. It can reduce the effects of stress and promote a sense of peacefulness.

Ashwagandha:
